I was originally very disappointed in my experience at the Bud Bar however the quick response to my issue shifted my perspective. I was sold a product that didn't fit my needs and after discussing with a senior person at Bud Bar they worked hard to resolve my issue. They took back the original product and I was able to buy the cream I wanted in the first instance. Best dispensary ever !! 💯💯💯💯I have agoraphobia. So dispensaries are always tough for me because of the amount of talking and asking I have to do. It’s very different than just going into Walmart and self checkout and not needing to speak to anyone.I found out they had a website and I was able to screenshot what I wanted and be able to just show them! I can’t remember any names , but the really cool guy with the Hollywood undead tattoo that complimented my stitch sweater, is 10/10 . I’m usually horrible with talking with strangers but he is just so nice, and helpful, very knowledgeable and very very social ! sometimes I think I even forget about the agoraphobia for a second lol ! This is my first good experience with a dispensary. I don’t have anxieties leaving my apartment when I have to go, and I’ve never experienced a panic attack like I do with most public places ! I like that they always have good sales I can easily find on the website . I like that it’s never too busy and it’s w cute and quiet shop! For me that’s perfect. Even if I do move out of downtown eventually , this is my go to dispensary now. I won’t go anywhere else

I had just started going to bud bar; and was thoroughly enjoying my experience shopping here. However, two weeks ago, I had a poor experience with one of the bud-tenders here. She was exceptionally rude and had a poor attitude, she seemed new at the time, however, being new to a job doesn't excuse you from being kind to customers who enter the store. I will not be returning.

Went by today and they were having their awesome launch specials, complete with DJ, discounts, and freebies! Amar was super helpful and very nice and offered insightful knowledge on their range of products. I'm stoked that this new location has opened up, looking forward to my next visit :)
